Your First Visit
Your first appointment at Body & Mind Wellness Center is thoughtfully structured to help you feel comfortable, understood, and supported from the very beginning.
You can expect:
- Warm Welcome
You will be greeted in a supportive, judgment-free environment where you can feel safe sharing your story. - Thorough Review
Together, we will explore your medical and mental health history, current concerns, and personal goals at a pace that feels right for you. - Collaborative Treatment Plan
We will develop an individualized care plan that may include medication options, therapeutic tools, and lifestyle recommendations to support your overall well-being. - Clear Follow-Up and Ongoing Support
You will receive a clear follow-up schedule and guidance on how to stay connected between visits for questions, refills, or progress updates.
Payments
- We currently accept self-pay (cash pay) for all services. Payment is due at the time of your appointment.
- A Superbill can be provided upon request for patients who wish to submit claims for out-of-network insurance reimbursement.
- We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and HSA/FSA payments for your convenience.
- Insurance acceptance is coming soon, credentialing is currently in progress, and updates will be shared as new insurance panels are approved.

To request an appointment, please click on Contact Us Form and fill up by providing:
- Your Full Name (as it appears on your government-issued ID)
- Your Email Address
- Your Phone Number
Once your form is submitted, you will receive an email invitation to access your secure patient portal through SimplePractice. From there, you can complete your intake forms, schedule appointments, make payments and communicate directly with our office.
