Mostly we talk. I will ask about your history, what is weighing on you now, and what you would like to feel different. There is no rush and no script. You set the pace.

Most people arrive unsure how to put what they are feeling into words. That is a good place to start. Bring what you have, however you can say it, and we will work through it together.
